These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the varunshuniversity.live website and the products offered by Varuns University ("Varuns University", "we", "us"), including PrepX. By using the Site or our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
2. The product (PrepX)
PrepX is an exam-preparation product currently offered in private beta. Access may be limited, features may change, and the service is provided on an evolving basis. Separate product terms may apply when you create a PrepX account; where they conflict with these Terms, the product terms govern your use of that product.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, the Varuns University and PrepX names and logos, and all underlying software are owned by Varuns University or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as expressly permitted (for example, brand assets offered on our press page under the stated usage terms).
4. Educational content disclaimer
Our products generate and organize study material to assist exam preparation. While we work hard on accuracy and pedagogy, we do not guarantee any specific exam outcome, rank, or result. You remain responsible for verifying information against official sources.
5. No warranty
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varuns University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site and products is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
