Beneath every PrepX feature sits a layered architecture: Hermes orchestrates a network of faculty agents, the Living Corpus ingests fresh sources nightly, the Cinematic Engine renders teacher-grade video, and a 5-tier AI router keeps inference resilient across providers. The same engine will run JEE, NEET, Law, and beyond.
Currently running on AWS-compatible infrastructure. Migrating primary compute to AWS (EC2 GPU, S3, RDS, Lambda) in 2026; planning to use Kiro Pro+ to accelerate spec authoring and API design for the multi-product engine.

UPSC happens to be the first plugin because it's where the pain is loudest. Eight more domains are queued, and each new plugin makes the engine smarter.
When we ship at full capacity, we won't be a UPSC company. We'll be the company running India's exam prep.
