2. Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, email address, and message content when you use our contact form, request beta access, or email us directly.
• Account & learning data (PrepX): when you use the PrepX product, we process account credentials, study activity, quiz attempts, and progress data needed to deliver the service.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected automatically to keep the Site secure and reliable.

The marketing Site itself does not run third-party advertising trackers. Our contact form opens your own email client — it does not transmit your message to a third-party form processor.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide requested access or support.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the PrepX product and the Site.
• To secure our systems and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data processors & infrastructure

We rely on reputable infrastructure and service providers to operate — including cloud hosting, database, authentication, and AI inference providers. These providers process data only on our instructions and under their own security commitments. We are migrating primary compute to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and select such providers for their security and compliance posture.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing legal@varunshuniversity.live.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact legal@varunshuniversity.live.

7. Children

Our products are intended for exam aspirants and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
